Review of TUXEDO's car service from Orlando Airport MCO to Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort.

Heads Up - This is not a cab company...they truly are an Executive Limo and Car Service. If you go price shopping you might be disappointed. However, if you are looking to add something special to your vacation this, in my opinion, is worth the price you will pay. Our Story - We tried Tuxedo for the first time on our recent visit to Disney based on reviews on their website, TripAdvisor, and yelp. They just did everything right from the start: - The quote was easy to do online and they provided the quote in the promised time period of 15-30 minutes. - There were no hidden fees - they outline each fee for the service which you can review and modify as needed. - They were able to answer my questions quickly and were very transparent on what was possible and not possible. - Luxury Upgrade: Since we booked roundtrip transfers to/from MCO from our Disney property (Contemporary - Bay Lake Towers) they offered one of the transfers with an upgrade to a luxury transfer. - Communication: They were always prompt in their email notifications and updates. I really liked the text messages upon arrival as they were very clear and concise and provided the following information: - Name of Chauffeur & Type of Vehicle - Amount of time until they arrive at MCO - Location where they will meet you - Follow-up text message when they are 10 minutes until they arrive - 3rd text stating they are 1 minute from arriving When we arrived at the baggage claim area we were greeted by Denis K. Looked very professional and ensured he introduced himself to our entire family. He explained to us that the original driver scheduled to pick us up got stuck at Port Canaveral waiting for a family to disembark their ship. I was immediately concerned, but Denis alleviated them quickly - he said I did not want you to have to wait in case the driver could not make it in time...the driver did make it and was put on standby until Denis could review my option. He gave me the option to have a driver transport us in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van that was originally quoted or we could use our upgrade for the transfer to the hotel and that the two vehicles were waiting for us - the upgrade was to a Cadillac Escalade, in fact Denis brought a second driver with him to transfer our luggage in one vehicle and our family in the other. We chose the upgrade option and from there Denis and the second driver (sorry I forgot their name) helped us with our luggage out to the vehicles. The vehicles were immaculate and the ride to Disney was comfortable, relaxing, and a great conversation.... The conversation was great because Denis K is the OWNER of Tuxedo and did not mention that until I asked how long he worked for the company. His professionalism was a 10/10. It was refreshing to talk to a business owner who truly cares about their customers and has set the bar very high on standards. His business plan is pretty awesome and it was great to hear what they are doing with the business to grow it in the future. On our departure day we received a nice surprise -- received a text from Tuxedo letting us know they were on their way to pick us up...and Denis K and George would be our drivers --- we were going back to the airport in the Escalades, not the Sprinter Van! They showed up with a smile on their faces, were helpful getting everything loaded, and got us back to the airport safely --- a great way to end our trip! Denis K - Thank you very much for helping to enhance our family vacation. We wish you all the best going forward and we will definitely be using your service on our next trip to Florida. By the way, safe travels on your road trip across the country in September!
