How Long Does My Chauffeur Wait for Me?

We get it – navigating airports can be a bit of a wild ride. Once you've touched down, your chauffeur is on standby, ready to wait as long as it takes after your scheduled pickup time, and there won't be any extra charges if it's the airline's or the airport's fault (you know, the usual suspects like customs, baggage claim, tricky layouts, or special assistance needs). 

If the holdup isn't their doing, it doesn't qualify for free wait time, but no worries – just let us know if you need more time, and we'll work it out together. Our main goal is to ensure your arrival is smooth, stress-free, and on your terms. Anytime you need a hand, we're here for you!

Now, in the rare case we haven't heard from you after landing, we'll hang around an extra 30 minutes after all your flight's bags have hit the carousel – just to give you a bit more wiggle room. 

If it seems like you haven't made it, we'll reach out several times before marking it as a "No-Show" and letting the vehicle go. In that scenario, we'd consider the service complete, and if you need another ride, a new reservation would be in order for your new pickup time.
