Can I Pay Gratuity With Cash?

As part of our service policy, a minimum required gratuity of 20% of the fare will be included and authorized on the customer's credit/debit card as specified in the contract. 

This gratuity covers the standard level of service provided during your journey.  While we appreciate any additional gratuity given in cash, please note that it is not mandatory to provide more than the minimum required gratuity. 

We respect your choice in determining the appropriate amount of gratuity you wish to give.  Our goal is to ensure transparency and clarity in our pricing structure while allowing you the flexibility to show appreciation according to your preference.
